Ultimate Group Training Program Spring 2020

What? This 16-week group tri training program is led by Coach Stephanie Sullivan from The Endurance Edge. The goal is to prepare you for the Triangle Sprint or Mini-Sprint Triathlon on May 30, 2020 in New Hill, NC (750m swim, 17.6mi bike, 3.1mi run or 400m swim, 10.75mi bike, 1.5mi run). It includes 21 expert-led group workouts, a detailed training plan for beginner or intermediate levels, special clinics, hat and swim cap, and exclusive discounts.

Who? If you are a beginner or intermediate triathlete, this program is for you! Whether you have never done a triathlon before or you have already done a few and need help getting to that next level, this program can help you get there.

Why? Our mission is to build community through endurance sports. We want to help you get started in triathlon the smart way. Not only will you get to work with a qualified coach, but you’ll become part of a supportive group that we hope will generate lasting friendships and training partners.

Where? Pool swims will take place at the Triangle Aquatic Center, open water swims will take place at Jordan Lake, and most other workouts will start from The Endurance Edge or Inside-Out Sports.
