Core Challenge for Endurance Athletes $39Purchase required to enroll

These functional core strengthening activities are geared towards any level. All you need is a mat and comfortable clothing! You'll be notified ahead of time if you need additional equipment like paper plates or something heavy (dumbbell, medicine ball, laundry detergent, paint can or pack of water bottles).

All workouts will be done live via Zoom starting at 7am and ending no later than 7:20am. You can choose to share your screen during the workout. You'll be muted and your screen will not be visible to anyone except the instructor during the workout. If you cannot attend live, then you'll receive the link to the workout at 8am to be completed later that day.

Fall 2020 12-Week Virtual Group Triathlon Training Program

What? This 12-week VIRTUAL group tri training program is led by Coaches Chris Newport, Stephanie Sullivan and Michael Raynor from The Endurance Edge. The training plan will be set to end on September 13, 2020, which is the day of the White Lake Sprint Triathlon, part of the White Lake Fall Triathlon Festival, but there are MANY fall races you could be training for and adjust the plan accordingly. It includes 12 expert-led virtual meetings, a detailed training plan for beginner or intermediate levels, option to register for three in-person clinics, and exclusive discounts.

Who? If you are a beginner or intermediate triathlete, this program is for you! Whether you have never done a triathlon before or you have already done a few and need help getting to that next level, this program can help you get there.

Why? Our mission is to build community through endurance sports. We want to help you get started in triathlon the smart way. Not only will you get to work with a qualified coach, but you’ll become part of a supportive group that we hope will generate lasting friendships and training partners.

Where? Wherever you are! You can be anywhere in the world to participate in this training program.

When? The tentative schedule is posted below. The virtual Zoom sessions are expected to last approximately 30-45 minutes each. These sessions will all be recorded and posted for you to view later if you are unable to attend live.

Registration fee (does not include race registration): $199, which includes a 12 week training plan, Closed Facebook group, race hat, and 12 virtual coaching classes. All sessions will be recorded if you cannot attend. If you race at White Lake Triathlon, your coaches will be present!

In this clinic, we will go over safety tips, rules of the road, group riding etiquette and general tips for both training and racing.
