Open Water Swim Clinic for Triathletes $30Purchase required to enroll

Increase your confidence and speed in the open water!

Learn key open water swim techniques, including entry and exit, sighting and swimming in close proximity to others in this fun and informative clinic at Jordan Lake.

Bring a wetsuit, goggles, towel, swim suit, anti-chafing product, brightly colored swim cap, and a change of clothes. Bring your questions and be ready to swim!

Requirement: Must be able to swim at 300yd without touching the bottom of the pool.

Bike Skills Clinic $30 per classPurchase required to enroll

In this clinic, we will go over safety tips, rules of the road, group riding etiquette and general tips for both training and racing. You'll get to practice a variety of bike handling drills, shifting, braking and riding in a group. Bring your bike and helmet and come ready to ride. All types of bikes are welcome.

Nutrition Clinic for Sprint & Olympic Triathlon $30 per classPurchase required to enroll

Nutrition is so important for performance, it is often called the 4th discipline of triathlon. Led by Registered Dietitian & Certified Sports Nutritionist Michael Raynor, this clinic will cover general nutrition tips for both health and performance, how to fuel your workouts (before/during/after), and race-day nutrition.

Transition Clinic $30 per classA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Whether you're new to the sport and want to learn what you should do on race day or a seasoned triathlete looking to shave time in transition, this is the clinic for you! We will cover what to bring on race day, how to set up your transition, and how to get through T1 and T2 as quickly as possible.
